The support service itself often takes longer than the call because there are certain actions
(f.e. investigation and tests) which are necessary, if the solution can not be found immediately.
With level 3 the call costs itself already exceed the time on the line.
It certainly is more productive, when the customer takes care of his business, while
the supporter fully concentrates on the problem.

Furthermore I - mostly - offer single courses (in heterogeneous group courses - especially in the
term of computer courses - the customers are often unsatisfied, the more complex the topic becomes
because the single person only reaches about 25% here instead of 90% from the relevant
information - what´s not acceptable since nowadays time is getting rare) at your
place, as well as in my own training room (starters and further computer levels: Windows 7 / Windows 10, Microsoft-Office, internet, ...).
